Refund policy

At Sharan Crystals, each crystal product is carefully checked and packed with utmost care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do provide exchange in specific cases as outlined below.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

  • You receive a wrong product, or

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

No exchange will be accepted for any other reasons.

2. Exchange Request Timeline
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must be returned with original packaging and invoice

  • Clear unboxing video or images must be shared as proof of damage or incorrect item

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference or dissatisfaction with crystal color/shape (natural variations exist)

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Minor natural inclusions or variations in crystals

5. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same product

  • If the product is out of stock, a store credit or alternative product of equal value may be offered

6. Shipping for Exchange
  • In case of wrong or defective product, replacement shipping will be handled by Sharan Crystals

  • For returns not meeting eligibility criteria, shipping costs will not be covered

7. Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
